Scotland felt like a home away from home truly. The bus ride to this location alone looked just like driving through the country in Kentucky, albeit with more sheep. With that said, Jupiter Artland felt extra like home to me due to my love of visiting the local Bernheim. Bernheim is a 10 minute drive from where I live; I attempt to visit as often as I possibly can due to its sheer beauty and awesome sculptures. Jupiter Artland is Bernheim but with a larger emphasis on art and sculptures.
The best feature of it all (yes, even better than the penguin and snails with human faces that were in the most recent exhibition) was the amazing earthworks located in the park.
Ilona Szekely: The photos you took are wonderful. I also really loved Jupiter Artland. Berheim is a good comparison. I would love to see more of a comparison written out, and maybe more of a discussion of the art there.
