On our eight days of work immersion at iTech, we focused on practicing tasks from COC 1 to COC 4 to enhance our understanding of the processes involved. Whenever we encountered something unfamiliar or confusing, we didn't hesitate to seek guidance from Ma'am, ensuring we gained a clear understanding of the tasks at hand.
