My first day of OJT in massage therapy was both exciting and nerve-wracking. I started by observing experienced therapists and learning proper techniques and client interaction. The environment was calm, with soothing music and a relaxing  atmosphere. I practiced basic massage strokes on a training dummy, focusing on pressure and hand positioning. My mentor guided me patiently, correcting my form and encouraging me to improve. It was a rewarding experience, and I’m eager to enhance my skills in the coming days.
