On the first day of our work immersion, I was the first to be taught how to properly apply shampoo to a customer's hair and how to properly massage the customer's head. I was also taught how to blow dry hair properly so that it would dry easily. After doing what they asked me to do correctly, I took a break, and after a few minutes, the customer's hair was cut and I assisted so that I could learn better what they were doing.
