When we arrived at ITech, we did our usual routine—cleaning up a bit and making sure everything was in order. When Ma’am Laila arrived, we went to our room to drop off our things, and after that, I returned the keys to her. That’s when she assigned me and Jonelle to cut and organize application forms. Once we finished, she handed us another batch to check. While we were busy with our task, Ma’am Madel approached me and asked if I could accompany her daughter, Lorraine, and her cousin to play. She also told me to call one of my classmates to join me, so we could go together to the rooftop where the kids were. When we got there, we introduced ourselves to Lorraine, Ma’am Madel’s daughter, and Ian, Sir Mark’s son. At first, they were really quiet and shy, but after a while, we all warmed up to each other and became friends. We played Mobile Legends and Roblox, and when we got bored, we switched to watching horror movies on Netflix, which turned out to be a lot of fun. When lunchtime arrived, Ma’am Madel asked if we could bring Lorraine and Ian downstairs so they could eat, and we did. Once we got to the ground floor, Ma’am Madel also gave us permission to take our lunch. Before we left, we promised Lorraine and Ian that we would come back to play after eating. True to our word, we returned after lunch and headed back to the rooftop for more fun. But as the end of our shift neared, we had to say our goodbyes, telling them we’d see them again tomorrow. When we got back downstairs, Ma’am Madel asked for an update on her daughter, then gave us permission to take some photos before finally heading home for the day.
